GLD-E-PLAZA is a luxurious marketplace where collectors and enthusiasts can showcase and sell their unique and valuable collections, including Perfumes, Jewelry, Fashion, Interiors, Property, Cars, Art, and Digital files. House of Gladia has introduced 4 different types of E-plazas in Gld-E-Plaza, where users can create a personal e-plaza to sell their collections.
To participate in any purchase or selling activity in House of Gladia, users must have a user account called E-Plaza.
If a user already has a website and an NFT account, they can easily showcase their collection by having one of the 4 kinds of keys in GLD-E-PLAZA.
Users can then direct potential buyers to their website to purchase the Collection.
Once a user has purchased or rented an e-plaza, they can start selling their unique and valuable collections in two different ways:
NFT Edition and Classic Edition (c$ and cryptocurrency).
In the NFT edition, users can sell their collections as non-fungible tokens, while in the Classic Edition, users can sell their collections using traditional currency or cryptocurrency.
If a user does NOT have a website or does not know how to sell their collection through NFT or any other Payment method, House of Gladia is here to help. By registering their item as a classic or NFT edition or even both, users can give permission to House of Gladia to sell their collection on their behalf and collect the money from the buyer. Once House of Gladia receives the money, the seller will get notified and be responsible for shipping the collection to the buyer.
GOLD E-PLAZA
Numbers 001 to 333 are considered as Gold E-Plaza.
Gold E-Plaza is a special type of E-Plaza in GLD-E-PLAZA, where numbers 001 to 333 are considered as Gold E-Plaza. To buy and register a Gold E-Plaza, users must have an NFT user account on Opensea.io. By buying a gold key stamp and their favorite number, users can own a virtual E-Plaza in the gallery, which allows them to display and market their collections there and sell them in two different ways: NFT Edition and Classic Edition.
Purchasing a Gold E-Plaza also comes with the benefit of receiving invitations from other E-Plazas that are not eligible to sell their collection as NFT Edition and start marketing their collection. However, the sale of the desired collection will be done through House of Gladia, and the Gold E-Plaza owner will receive their commission once the collection has been sold and reached the buyer.
Registering and owning a Gold E-Plaza requires a one-time payment in the form of NFT, and there is no need to extend it annually. Additionally, users can resell their E-Plaza at any time by selling their golden key stamp to any person at any price. However, the buyer is obliged to register their details, or else the E-Plaza will remain with the original owner's specifications and details.
In summary, Gold E-Plaza is a special type of E-Plaza that allows users to own a virtual space in the GLD-E-PLAZA gallery to showcase and sell their collections in two different ways: NFT Edition and Classic Edition. OPAL E-PLAZA
Numbers 334 to 666 are considered as Opal E-Plaza.
Opal E-Plaza is another type of virtual marketplace available at House of Gladia, designed for individuals who want to showcase and sell their collections online. The Opal E-Plaza includes numbers 334 to 666 and works on the same principles as the Gold E-Plaza.
To register and own an Opal E-Plaza, you must have an NFT user account on Opensea.io and purchase an Opal key stamp with your favorite number. Once you have purchased your Opal key stamp, you will own a virtual E-Plaza in our gallery, where you can display and market your collections and sell them in two different ways: NFT Edition and Classic Edition.
As with the Gold E-Plaza, purchasing an Opal E-Plaza makes you eligible to receive invitations from other E-Plazas that are not eligible to sell their collection as NFT Edition and start marketing their collection. The sale of the desired collection will be done through the House of Gladia, and you will receive your commission after the collection has been sold and reached the buyer.
To register and own an Opal E-Plaza, you only need to pay once and in the form of NFT. There is no need to extend it annually, and you can re-sell your E-Plaza at any time by selling your Opal key stamp to any person at any price. However, the buyer is obliged to register their details, or the E-Plaza will remain with your specifications and details.
In summary, owning an Opal E-Plaza at House of Gladia provides individuals with a unique opportunity to showcase and sell their collections in a virtual marketplace, using the latest technology and secure platform.
ROSE E-PLAZA
Numbers 667 to 999 are considered ROSE E-Plaza.
Rose E-Plaza is a type of virtual space that can be owned by paying a one-time fee of C$999 . Unlike Gold and Opal E-Plazas, you do not need to have an NFT user account to own a Rose E-Plaza, but you can only sell your collections in Classic Edition. If you later decide to have an NFT user account, you can sell your collections through NFT Editions and receive invitations from other E-Plazas to display and market their collection.
If you decide to sell your Rose E-Plaza, there are three ways to transfer ownership. If the new buyer has an NFT account and wants to buy your E-Plaza in NFT edition, you can request that the Rose Key stamp be uploaded to House of Gladia's NFT account on Opensea.io, and the new owner can purchase it there. Alternatively, if you have an NFT user account at the time of selling, you can transfer the stamp to your account and then sell it to another person. Finally, if none of these options are suitable, you can sell the E-Plaza directly yourself and receive payment in US dollars.
Regardless of how you sell your E-Plaza, the new buyer must also register their details. If they fail to do so, the E-Plaza will remain with your specifications and details. Whenever someone requests ownership of your E-Plaza, House of Gladia will contact you to ensure the authenticity of the sale. House of Gladia does not receive any amount for the transfer of E-Plaza to another person; only a $1 fee will be charged to the new buyer at the time of registering their details.
INFINITY E-PLAZA
Infinity E-Plaza is an option for those who don't have an NFT account or would like to have an annual membership. The plaza numbers start from 1000 and go to infinity. By purchasing an Infinity E-Plaza, you can display your collections and sell them in either NFT Edition or Classic Edition (C$). The cost of each plaza is 199 Canadian dollars per year, and you can submit an unlimited number of collections in your E-Plaza. It's important to renew your membership every year; otherwise, your profile will be rented out to another user. However, since the E-Plaza already has visitors, the price might be different from the original price.
E-CARDS
There are 4 activities in Your E-Plaza, and to perform each of these activities, you must first prepare a special E-card for it, which we will explain separately.
· NEW COLLECTION SUBMISSION
To avoid receiving countless collections and to maintain the elegance and standards, your collection must be approved by the House of Gladia before being stamped.
After you have sent us the details of the collection you want to add to your E-Plaza. Your collection will be checked by our experts. If you received the confirmation within 48 hours,this means that your collection is eligible for sale in GLD-E-PLAZA & You have Unlocked a Window in your E-Plaza.After 2-3 working days, your collection will be placed in your personal E-Plaza with an attractive design.
The Price of this E-Card is 4.44 C$ ,
If you do not receive the confirmation during this time, it means that we cannot accept the desired collection in the gallery.But you can participate in our Monthly Draw by keeping your registered card number and enjoying our prizes.(This Game has Invented by Golden44 which you will learn about it)
· GOLDEN 44 ADVERTISEMENT
The Monthly Lotto Game44 is a Lottery Game offered by Golden44.llc.
This game offers the chance for the owner of the All 4 E-cards to win a prize every month. The E-card’s number never expires, so the owner can participate in the game every month without the need to purchase a new card.
To participate in the Monthly Lotto Game44, the owner of the E-card must keep their registered card number and wait for the monthly draw. If their card number is chosen as the winner, they will receive the prize.
The Pink E-cards are also tradable, which means the owner can sell their E-card to other interested parties.
If the owner wishes to turn their E-card into an NFT, they can fill out a form and send it to House of Gladia & Golden44 , for approval.
Once approved, they can collect their E-card by free as an NFT on the opensea.io and begin trading the E-card.

Therefore, A Tradable E-card should have two stamps on it to ensure its validity.
Overall, the Monthly Lotto Game44 adds an exciting element to the GLD-E-PLAZA and provides an opportunity for the owner of E-Cards to potentially win a prize every month while also having the option to trade their E-card as an NFT.
COLLECTION’S STAMP
Is a system used by House of Gladia to help individuals sell their collections as NFT (non-fungible tokens) or classic editions.
Once you received your Acception-E-Card, These 2 stamps refer you to a form or application that the collection owners need to fill out to submit their collection to House of Gladia for sale and agree Terms & Conditions
THE BLUE STAMP is for those who want to sell their collection as an NFT edition through House of Gladia, while ,
THE PURPLE STAMP is for those who want to sell their collection through Different payment methods such as CAD$ or Modern Payment methods like cryptocurrency & etc..
There is a maximum limit of 22 pieces per collection for each stamp.
If someone wants to sell their collection in both NFT and Classic editions, they need to fill out two stamps.
Once the stamps are submitted, the collection will be ready to sell through House of Gladia, and the owner will be notified when the collection is sold. After that, the process of delivering the collection to the new owner will begin.
RIGS
After you have received the stamp related to your collection in your E-book.
Your collection is now ready for sale in one of the 2 Editions or Both.
For each Stamp, we create a RIG, which is the chance of receiving your benefits in the Future.
If your collection is sold as a Classic Edition. You will have an inactive rig,which gives you the chance that if the collection is Re-sold as NFT in the future, your rig will be active & you will receive a percentage of future trades from that date.
If your collection is sold as NFT Edition From the beginning, the collection’s rig has already become active, and you will start receiving percentages from the next trades.
STAMP EXCHANGE
If you are currently own of one of the types of stamps and you intend to change your sales method, you should replace the existing stamp in Stamp Exchange Machine.
MONTHLY DRAW
House of Gladia & Golden44 are offering a monthly draw for buyers of their E-Cards. The number of winners will range from one to four people, and if there are multiple winners, the prize will be divided equally among them.
When someone purchases a Lucky E-Card, they will receive an email containing a passcode. This passcode will be needed when claiming the prize, and it must contain the date of purchase. To be considered a winner, the purchase date of the card must be before the date of the winning number.
If someone has purchased any of the three E-Cards , they can double their prize by purchasing the same number in Game 44.

THE COIN
Whenever you are eligible for any benefit, you will receive it in the form of a Reward, and upon your request, the entire amount collected will be transferred to your cryptocurrency account.
If you don't have a cryptocurrency wallet. The desired amount will be made through Bank Transfer.
ACCESSING TO YOUR E-PLAZA
To maintain the integrity and standards of GLD-E-PLAZA, You will not have any access to your E-plaza for uploading or making any changes, and all the design work will be done by the House of Gladia and our designers, But if you wish to amend, correct or make any changes in your E-Plaza, you can contact us directly and changes will be made as soon as possible. Please note that no specific time has been set for these changes.
MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITY
If there are any changes in your shipping address , Sold out Collections and information, you are obliged to change it in your account by informing us to change the status of your collection.
