INTRODUCTION

Welcome to House of Gladia, owned and operated by Gladia trading ltd. located in Vancouver | Bc | Canada

This is an agreement between you and Gladia.ca

 

Please read these services terms of use, the gladia.ca privacy notice, the Gladia.ca conditions of use, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available at the Gladia.ca website.

 

This user agreement, the mobile application terms of use, and all policies and additional terms posted on and on our sites, applications, tools, and services (collectively "Services") set out the terms on which Gladia offers you access to and use of our services. The mobile application terms of use, all policies, and additional terms posted on and in our services are incorporated into this user agreement. You agree to comply with all terms of this user agreement when accessing or using our services.

 

These terms of service govern your access to and use of www.gladia.ca website(s), mobile app, and any other software, tools, features, or functionalities provided on or in connection with our services; including without limitation using our services to view, present, and advertise your created NFTs and use our E-plaza, at your own discretion, to connect directly with other to purchase, sell, or transfer Classic editions & NFT edition on public blockchains or your own website. “NFT” in these terms means a non-fungible token or similar digital item implemented on a blockchain

Please read these terms of service carefully as they contain important information by clicking to accept and or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

 

House Of Gladia applies its own strict policies for opening a user account and having a GLD-E- Plaza But is not a party to any agreement between users.

You are fully responsible for confirming the identity, legitimacy, and authenticity of the collections you purchase from third-party sellers and we have no responsibility for the authenticity of users or their collections

Since we have multiple different services, we sometimes need to provide additional terms for specific services & E-plaza terms & conditions .

 

Those additional terms and conditions, which are available with the relevant service, then become part of your agreement with us if you use those services. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any additional applicable terms we may provide for a specific service, such additional terms shall control for that specific service.

1. ABOUT HOUSE OF GLADIA

House of Gladia is a marketplace that allows users to offer, Advertise, sell, and buy goods and services in US dollars (classic edition) or NFT edition.

House of Gladia is not a party to contracts for sale between third-party sellers and buyers.

*In special circumstances, you will deal directly with the House of Gladia which you will get to know more about later.

Any guidance House of Gladia provides as part of our services, such as pricing, shipping, listing, and sourcing is solely informational, and you may decide to follow it or not. We may help facilitate the resolution of disputes between buyers and sellers through various programs. Unless otherwise expressly provided, the House of Gladia has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised. 

the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings. the ability of sellers to sell items.the ability of buyers to pay for items.

or that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or return an item.

 

2. USING GLD-E-PLAZA IN HOUSE OF GLADIA

 

  • In connection with using or accessing our services you agree to comply with this user agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you will not:

 

  • Fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in a House of Gladia policy.

 

  • Circumvent any technical measures used to provide our services.

 

  • Breach or circumvent any laws, regulations, third-party rights, or our systems, services, policies, or determinations of your account status.

 

  • Transfer your GLD-E-Plaza account and user id to another party without our consent.

 

  • Fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in a House of Gladia policy,

 

  • Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings.

 

  • Harvest or otherwise collect or use information about users without their consent.

 

 

  • Share your login credentials with third parties. If you need authorized third parties to access your account, you can do this at your own risk and the House of Gladia will not be responsible for this.

 

3. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

 

We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a substantial period. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

 

If you subscribed to Your E-Plaza on an annual basis.  An email will be sent to you every year so that you can extend Your E-plaza and continue to receive our Services.  Please be careful if you do not extend your E-Plaza within 7 days after receiving the E-mail, your plaza will be hidden until you extend it.

 

 

4. FEES

 

The fees we charge sellers for using our services are available as E-Cards. We may change our Services fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Gladia site 7 days in advance, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of fees.

 

 

5. SELLING CONDITIONS IN 2 DIFFERENT EDITIONS

 

  • NFT Edition:(Non-Fungible Token)

 

If you currently have a user account on one of the NFT platforms.  So, you know the rules and regulations of selling through NFT and you can sell your collections with your own user account.

 To display your collection in your E-plaza, you must request an NFT stamp for your collection which is in Blue.

 

After you have applied for the NFT stamp, your stamp will be designed and sent to you via email within 2 -3 working days, and after receiving the blue stamp, you will upload it to your own NFT account on any NFT platform. (Only for physical collections, not for digital & graphic files.

After completing this step, you will email us your collection link and we will attach your collection link to the blue stamp in your E-book. 

 

In this way, buyers by clicking on the blue stamp can directly visit your user account and the desired collection in any NFT platform that you have an account, and they can buy the desired collection directly from you.

 

  • Classic Edition:

 

If you do not currently have a user account on one of the NFT platforms, you will be able to sell your Collection in US dollars only & you are not able to sell your collection directly as NFT edition, but we have provided some services for you.

Whenever you register a collection in GLD-E-PLAZA as a classic edition, which is a purple color, the stamp comes with an NFT code, which gives you the possibility to sell your collection in the form of NFT at any time you want in the future.

 

You can sell your collection through the NFT edition when you have an NFT user account on one of the NFT platforms or sell through the House of Gladia and our user account on an NFT platform.

 

In this method, the buyer makes the purchase directly from our company (Gladia Trading Ltd.) and pays the collection amount directly to the House of Gladia (GLD44).  As soon as the collection is purchased, we will inform you to carry out the transfer or shipping process. 

 

In this way, according to your choice, you can receive the collection amount in 2 different ways.

After deducting our agreed commission, we will deposit the desired amount to you in the form of cryptocurrency (Ethereum)

Or in the form of us dollars, 

Please note that in this method, you will receive your money from us when the desired collection has reached the buyer.

From the time you sell your collection as NFT edition, you will start to receive benefits from it If your collection will be resale or traded.

 

*Important notice *

If you wish to receive the amount in cryptocurrency, you should also consider the risk of market fluctuations.  If there is a change in the cryptocurrency rate during the time when the collection reaches the buyer, you are responsible for It and House of Gladia will not take any responsibility.

The value of an NFT is subjective. Prices of NFTs are subject to volatility and fluctuations in the price of the cryptocurrency can also materially and adversely affect NFT prices. You acknowledge that you fully understand this subjectivity and volatility and that you may lose money.

 

 

 

6- GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS

 

  • You assume full responsibility for the item offered and the accuracy and content of the listing,

 

  • The content you provide complies with all our listing policies, including the images, videos, and text policy.

 

 

  • You are obliged to go to the commission payment section as soon as you sell your collection and pay the agreed commission to the House of Gladia. Otherwise, in addition to receiving a fine, your profile will be deleted & you will no longer be able to cooperate with us, and all the benefits related to your E- plaza will be canceled.

 

  • Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several days as we must prepare the desired design for your collection & prepare your E-Plaza’s Screen. House of Gladia can't guarantee the exact listing duration,

 

  • You are obliged to send the sold collection to the buyer within the specified period

 

 

7- PURCHASE CONDITIONS

 

  • When buying an item using our services, you agree to the rules and policies for buyers and that:

 

  • You are obliged to use our promotional code and announce it to the seller when purchasing any collection otherwise you will not be able to receive Cashback and other available benefits by buying that collection. 

 

 

  • After purchasing any collection, you are required to notify us as soon as you receive it so that we can proceed to pay your cashback with digital coins and display the collection in your E- plaza & E-book, or in the Action Museum. Even if you don't intend to sell it again.

 

  • You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a bid or offer, buying, or committing to buy.

 

  • For motor vehicles and real estate, a bid or offer initiates a non-binding transaction representing a buyer's serious expression of interest in buying the seller's item and does not create a formal contract between the buyer and the seller,

 

  • We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to you.

8- OTHER SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  • Upon agreeing to our services, clients are required to pay a 20% down payment to finalize the order. Following this, our internal review process takes 2-3 business days before an invoice is sent for confirmation. Once the full payment is made, we proceed with the order, delivering the services as agreed upon in our meetings.

  • If, for any reason, a client changes their mind and cancels the order, the 20% down payment is considered a penalty, and services will not be provided &if the Client is still interested in utilizing our services must pay the new invoice amount along with the penalty from the previous invoice, if applicable. Upon acceptance and full payment, we initiate the process and commit to delivering the service within the agreed-upon timelines."

9.AUTHORIZATION TO CONTACT YOU

 

House of Gladia may contact you using autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, at any telephone number that you have provided us, too: 

 

  • Collect more information about your collection.

  • Verify your status or your E-Plaza Details

  • Notify you regarding your account

  • Poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires

  • Troubleshoot problems with your account

  • Resolve a dispute

  • Collect a debt

 

 

10.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

We try to keep our services safe, secure, and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our services. Bid updates and other notification functionality in Gladia’s applications may not occur in real-time. Such functionality is subject to delays beyond Gladia’s control.

 

 

11.CHANGES TO THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://gladia.ca/privacy. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Service and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
